Terms:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This may be extended for a further 12 months, on payment of a £5 charge and with the agreement of the Framed Notice Board Company, after which they expire.

Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable, partly or wholly, for cash.

Each gift voucher has a unique code that can only be used once, and must be quoted when redeeming the voucher. Once an individual code has been used against a purchase it cannot be used again.
